LRSNet is available 24 hours a day.

Support for LRSnet is available free of charge during office hours. 9:15 - 5:30 Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

Routine maintenance will be signalled by email 1 day in advance of it occuring.

Databases will be updated out of office hours and should only impact your searching if you are using the database being updated.

Problems should be notified to us by email, using the support form, provided. All emails will be acknowledged. We will endevour to resolve all problems within 1 working day. If this is not possible you will be contacted and informed.

LRSNet is accessed by you on an "AS IS" basis without any warranty of any nature.

Lendac Data Systems and its suppliers DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Lendac Data Systems and its suppliers SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF LRSNet (INCLUDING DATA LOSS OR CORRUPTION), REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY IS BASED IN TORT, CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE.

IF THE FOREGOING LIMITATION IS HELD TO BE UNENFORCEABLE, Lendac Data Systems and its suppliers MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE LICENSE FEES PAID BY YOU FOR FOR THE USE OF LRSNet

THE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO YOU AGAINST LENDAC DATA SYSTEMS AND ITS SUPPLIERS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT ARE EXCLUSIVE.

By SUBSCRIBING TO LRSNet , you have obtained the non-exclusive right to the number of simultaneous "Uses" of the Service ("Authorized Use(s)"), solely in accordance with publisher agreements "Use" of the Service is defined as accessing the service beyond the login page. You will insure that the number of concurrent uses of the Software shall not exceed the number of Authorized Uses. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you are not licensed to use the Software to provide on-line or similar database services to third parties.

Restrictions:
You may not and you may not permit others to (a) disassemble, decompile or otherwise derive source code from the Service (b) reverse engineer the Service (c) modify or prepare derivative works of the Service, (d) copy the Service, (e) rent or lease the Service, (f) use the Service in an on-line system, (g) use the Service in any manner that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of another party, or (h) Assign or transfer access to the Service to another party.
